1, Question: Could you give a proposal for our project?

Answer: Yes, sure. But please kindly let us know more about the solution you would like to feed to our system. After our technical design be approved by you, the itemized price will be prepared.

2, Question: What’s information you need for the process design?

Answer: Before starting the detailed design, we would like to know information as below:

3, Question: What’s the material of the equipment?

Answer: The equipment can be fabricated by carbon steel, SS304, SS316, duplex steel (2205) and titanium based on different content of the feed solution.

4, Question: Have you ever export to other countries?

Answer: Yes, the evaporation & crystallization evaporators of Hongsheng have been exported & installed in over 20 countries, including the Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.

5, Question: What’s the delivery terms in your quotation?

Answer: Our quotation can be prepared based on FOB Shanghai port or CFR/CIF customized ports.

6, Question: What’s the payment term of your company?

Answer: We accept 100% L/C at sight or the payment can be divided into several times, including: down payment, progress payment, payment before shipment.

7, Question: Will you able to dispatch your team to our site for the installation & commission?

Answer: Yes, 1~3 professional engineers will be dispatched to your site when the equipment arrive at your site. My engineer will guide your team to do the installation & commission. Meanwhile, my team will train your operators and teach them how to operate the system.

8, Question: Which kind of evaporator should I choose, MVR, TVR or multiple effect?

Answer: After getting the content of the feed solution, and price of fresh steam, electricity, my engineering team will help you design the lowest operation cost solution.

9, Question: What’s the lead time of the evaporator?

Answer: For the multiple effect evaporator, it will be 90~120 days ready for shipment since the contract becomes effective. For the MVR evaporator, it will be cost about 120~150 days.

10, Question: What is the warranty for your products?

Answer: One year warranty period will be provided since the successful commissioning or 18months since the delivery date, whichever comes first. After the warranty, Hongsheng will also provide lifelong aftersales service. Any need, our aftersales team will response within 24 hours.
